New DIAS infrared camera PYROVIEW 320N for more flexibility in process control
13. February 2015
The product family of our PYROVIEW infrared cameras for application in high-temperature range expands and is always advanced. Next to the PYROVIEW 512N and 768N there is the new PYROVIEW 320N infrared camera with a large continuous temperature range from 300 °C to 1200 °C available. All three variants are equipped with a high-dynamic NIR array and are unique in this way. With the NIR PYROVIEW product family high-temperature measurements from 300 °C up to 3000 °C are possible now, e.g. in metal, glass and ceramic industry..
Flawless float glass by high process stability – manufacturers of glass rely on pyrometers of DIAS Infrared GmbH
17. October 2014
The process control concerning the high-precision temperature measurement is an essential quality factor in industrial float glass production, glass hardening and glass forms as well as in conglutination of multilayer glass. Cracks, thickenings, thin spots or blisters appear as clear temperature differences and can disable the complete charge. So the temperatures of the liquid glass as well as from the solid glass have to be detected to intervene in the process and to change parameters as needed. For it DIAS Infrared has created a continuous solution with its pyrometers.
DIAS PYROSPOT series 54 and 56 – New types expand the range of products
15. October 2014
The hitherto existing fixed pyrometers with IP65 stainless steel housing of PYROSPOT series 54 and 56 provide precise and fast temperature measurements in the near infrared range from 200 °C to 3000 °C. Now there are two new pyrometer types in the middle infrared range around 5 µm wavelength, in the temperature range from 100 °C to 2500 °C, for application in the glass industry as well as in the long-wave range from 8 µm to 14 µm for measurements on non-metals and coated materials between –40 °C and 1000 °C. Process stability by precise measurement – infrared cameras now up to 3000 °C
26. September 2014
DIAS Infrared expands its market leadership at fixed infrared cameras for non-contact measurement of high temperatures in the industry.
Specifically in the high-temperature range in metal or glass manufacturing higher and lower temperatures have to be measured at the same time for a precise process control. The project engineers of DIAS Infrared have developed the PYROVIEW 512N – the only currently available camera with a continuous long temperature range from 600 °C to 1500 °C.

Pyroelectric sensors now even easier to evaluate thanks to integration into laboratory software
8. August 2014
The evaluation kit allows easy operation of the pyroelectric linears array with 128, 256 or 510 pixels search for all users who don’t want to develop own hardware or need a quick fix for first tests of the sensors. The evaluation kit provides the necessary voltages and clocks for the operation of an pyroelectric array of and converts its output signal into digital values. Via USB, they can be displayed and saved with the included software. With this software, you can also adjust parameter of the module as well as start and stop its operation. More…
Your temperatures on focus – new PYROSPOT pyrometer series 56
13. May 2014
As an extension to the recently introduced new compact pyrometer PYROSPOT series 54 DIAS is now presenting PYROSPOT Series 56. With its various device types the new serious covers temperature ranges from 200 ° C to 3000 ° C. Various fixed optics allow small spot sizes starting at 1.3 mm. The fast response time of just 2 ms allows the accurate temperature measurement even at very fast processes. The new series also includes a ratio pyrometer with excellent value for money. More…
