DIAS continues to expand – new company building

The worldwide operating specialist for non-contact temperature measurement technology – DIAS Infrared GmbH (DIAS) – has moved into its new and energy-efficient company building in Dresden (Germany) after only one year of construction period. Therewith the high tech company has much better conditions with a double area for research and development (F & D), construction as well as customer support. More than 50 employees are pleased with their new domicile with generous possibilities for creative project work, training courses and customer meetings. The new headquarter scores infrastructural with an optimal freeway access and the near to the Technical University of Dresden and the University of Applied Science Dresden.

DIAS cooperates intensively with both institutions for F & D projects. “With the recolation of our company, hived 21 years ago from the Technical University of Dresden, one more milestone in the continuous and healthy growth is reached on schedule”., declares CEO Prof. Dr.-Ing. Günter Hofmann. “We can now serve individual customer needs faster and more flexible in industrial infrared measurement technology in the temperature range up to 3000 °C.” Furthermore, the larger storage capacity for construction parts saves valuable delivery time. So DIAS is positioned securely for future growth steps in its new environment by enough available construction buffer.
