The fixed infrared camera series PYROVIEW protection made by DIAS is suitable for industrial continuous operation thanks to its robust industry housing. The infrared cameras have a high thermal and spatial resolution. They can be adjusted optimally to different applications. The application areas of our infrared cameras go from process automation, quality control and early fire detection to non-contact temperature measurement on metal, glass and measurement through flames.

  • Numerous standard, wide angle and tele photo infrared lenses with motor focus, no moving outer parts
  • Fast data acquisition in real-time via Fast Ethernet or Gigabit Ethernet without loss and with no appreciable time delay (GigE Vision compatible)
  • Alarm and threshold monitoring as well as triggered measurements via two galvanically isolated inputs (trigger) and outputs (alarm)
  • Option of stand-alone operation without computer connection

High-temperature infrared cameras PYROVIEW protection for non-contact temperature measurements in the range from 250 °C to 3000 °C

  • High-dynamic semiconductor sensor arrays for large continuous measurement ranges (250 °C to 750 °C, 350 °C to 1200 °C, 600 °C to 1500 °C, 1400 °C to 3000 °C)
  • Measurement in near infrared range (NIR) to minimize temperature measurement errors resulting from emissivity inaccuracies

  • Uncooled microbolometer sensor arrays with 640 x 480 or 384 x 288 pixels
  • Spectral range optimally adjusted to the application, for example 8 µm to 14 µm (measurement on non-metals, application in early fire detection), 3 µm to 5 µm (measurement on metals and ceramic), 4.8 µm to 5.2 µm (measurement on glass surfaces) or 3.9 µm (measurement through flames)
